Most estimates are free. For complex scopes (multi-trade remodels, large commercial work, or engineered plans), we’ll confirm any design/inspection fees up front.
Your address/city, the type of project, approximate measurements (if known), your preferred material/finish, and your ideal timeline. Photos of the area are very helpful.
Often, yes—especially for fencing, flooring, painting, lighting/fixtures, and many repairs. For concrete, roofing, windows/doors, or structural work, we may need an on-site visit to confirm measurements and conditions.

Service Area & Scheduling
Yes—Texas Installer Inc provides Texas-wide service for both residential and commercial projects. Some areas may have different lead times based on crew availability and travel distance.
We serve statewide, with strong coverage in East Texas. If you’re outside East Texas, call 936.259.4040 and we’ll confirm scheduling options.
It depends on the season and scope. Smaller installs may be scheduled sooner, while roofing, concrete, and multi-trade remodels can require more lead time. We’ll give you a realistic start window after the estimate.
For urgent issues (storm damage, leaks, security camera outages, or safety hazards), call 936.259.4040. We’ll advise next steps and schedule the fastest available service.

Yes. For commercial properties and occupied rentals, we can plan work in phases, coordinate access, and minimize downtime where possible.
Pricing & Payments
Scope, measurements, material selections, site access, demolition/removal needs, subfloor/subgrade condition, structural requirements, permits, and timeline/seasonality.
Most projects require a deposit to reserve scheduling and order materials. The amount depends on the scope and special-order items.
Payment options vary by project. We’ll confirm accepted methods (such as card, ACH, or check) in your proposal.
We provide clear scopes and allowances. For larger remodels or multi-phase work, we can break out major categories (demo, materials, labor, and key add-ons) as needed.
We aim to avoid surprises. If we discover hidden conditions (rot, structural issues, subfloor damage, underground conflicts, code upgrades), we’ll review options and pricing with you before proceeding via a change order.
Financing
We can help you explore financing options and common programs. Visit our Financing page or call 936.259.4040 to discuss what may fit your project.

Depending on the jurisdiction and project type, we can pull permits or coordinate with the appropriate licensed professionals. We’ll confirm the plan during the estimate.
Some projects do. If inspections are required, we’ll coordinate scheduling and make sure the work is ready before the inspector arrives.
